Calories burned with Each Class?
How many calories can one burn during one class?
It all depends on many variables. How old you are? What condition are you in? Are you Male or Female? The type of intensity you are putting into the workout.
For the most part people that take the class will burn anywhere from 350 to 750 calories. If this is the first time you have worked out in years, than you are more apt to burn 350 or so calories. The better condition you're in then the closer to the 750.
We have had instenses where people have come to me stating their heart monitor watch is telling them they have burnt 1200 calories. This may be so, we are all different. In general, instructors will burn anywhere from 750 to 1500 calories because of their conditioning and the intensity they put into the class. Just standing in front of the crowded class makes one so nervous that they start sweating before the class even begins.
